Booking Procedure

Please confirm availability of the villa by one of the following means:

If the dates are available we will confirm this to you and hold the booking for 5 days to allow you to arrange your flights and get the booking deposit to us.

Complete the booking form and return this together with a cheque for £200. This is your booking deposit which is non refundable.

Confirmation of your booking and receipt of your deposit will be sent to you (by post or email)

The balance of your holiday is payable 10 weeks prior to your departure date. We will send you an invoice detailing the balance due for the villa together with any other services you have requested.

There is a security deposit of $300 due on arrival at the villa. Our management company will request details of your credit card – no charge will be made to the credit card at this time but held as a guarantee against any costs incurred for additional cleaning, missing items or any damage during your stay at our villa. If you do not have a credit card, the management company will require $300 in cash or travellers cheques.
